login problem

I cannot log in to my EE account for over a year. Does anyone know what's going on with this?
after entering the login and password, the following message pops up:

Hi @kris80 

 

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

if you call 150 a customer service advisor will be able to reset your MyEE profile so you can then log into MyEE
