joined EE with PAY as You Go, sim has not arrived

Hi

I've joined EE and waiting for sim card which has not come after 5 days, my existing number is getting ported over from Vodaphone, I can't track item. EE said my number should be getting moved which worries me as i don't want to be with out a mob etc. Can't call as my number is not EE yet? to customer services.

Any help please

SIM orders can take 2-5 working days to arrive and are delivered by Royal Mail. 

 

you can call us from any phone on 0800 079 8586, and the team will get this looked into for you.
