itemized billing-I do not see a list of in and outbound calls? I do see the text

It appears I have this feature - however I only see the text messages not a list of in and outbound calls

Do you currently pay for itemised billing? 

 

Are the texts chargeable that are showing on your bill?

I don’t currently have itemised billing. Is there any way I can get this data retrospectively?

You would need to have itemised billing set up to see this information on your account. 

 

If you would like this for future bills, please give us a call on 150 and the team can help set this up for you.
