Link to bills is not working when logged onto EE website

I need to download the June 2024 bill.  However when logged on to the EE website the link to the bills is not working, it just keeps taking me back to the home screen.  Has anyone else come across this problem?

Digital phones not ringing

I get a message indicating ringing not available in the settings on the phone. Digital handsets, not ringing, calls go to voicemail. 

Billing

Changed from sky to EE and now I have had a big bill off sky but the callers that came around said I need to send it to them and EE will for it. Is this right
