Had my iPhone SE 2020 for a while now no issues. After last iPhone OS update (maybe) I have started getting phone calls from people and it is completely silent. They can hear me but I hear nothing. It is happening 1 in every 3 calls approximately.
I have been to the Apple Store and they couldn't replicate it but gave me a replacement phone anyway and its still happening. It is driving me mad now.
Anyone know a fix or a reason why this is happening?
Cheers
Chris

@bobsyouruncle Obviously it’s not the device you’ve had that replaced. Have you tried a full device factory restore and not using any back up to restore the device? You’ll have to set the device up from scratch.
And or you could try a network reset on the device first.

I will try a network reset as I really don't want to setup as a new phone.

Hi @bobsyouruncle.
Let us know if this helps.
If it doesn't help, you could get a replacement SIM card to see if this makes a difference.

Thanks, I will know today when I have had a few calls. Does the iPhone SE 2020 take an esim do you know? That may be an option instead of a physical sim.

Thanks @bobsyouruncle.
It doesn't look like the iPhone SE is compatible with eSIM.
A replacement physical SIM will be the best option.
