iPhone XS won’t connect to home wofi

When trying to use my iPhone at home I keep getting server cannot be connected and I am unable to connect.

my husband has no issues connecting to the same WiFi yet mine never works 

any ideas??

@Maccatray   Try forgetting the wifi network from your WiFi settings on your phone then try settings it up again.

It’s a virgin hub and it’s been intermittent and a pain whilst trying to wfh!!!

I can test sometimes and get over 100gb speeds other times it won’t connect yet my husband tried sitting next to me on the sofa and it’s fine n his iPhone!!!!

also reset network settings on actual phone so will see how it goes over the next few days
