Hi,
So on a daily basis, I have been keeping check of stock when it comes to the iPhone 12 Pro Max and for the past few days, there has been expected delivery dates for the end of January. Now dates have been pushed forward to 8th-12th January on Apple's website and also if I wanted to 'collect' then I could go to Birmingham's storefront and get it Monday 4th.
What is happening EE? Are Apple sorting out their own demand before helping it's third party customers? Are you receiving stock because if I wanted to I could order and collect it from Apple's store for Monday.
Hope to hear from you EE! Please respond.
Thanks!

EE will respond here but they can't tell you when they will receive stock.
It would be pretty normal for Apple to sell to their customers first.
But if Apple have revises their dispatch times then I presume you will receive yours from EE soon as well.
If you give EE a call they will have more of an idea than the Community Staff on here

Hi @epicrhxdes,
Due to limited stock availability, we are fulfilling all orders for the iPhone 12 Pro Max Pacific Blue 128GB on a first come first serve basis and are working with Apple to get this to you as soon as possible. We are sorry for the delay.
You'll receive a text message from DPD with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.
