iPhone 13 pro max now on backlog for 14 days

Just been told by EE iPhone 13 pro max I had pre ordered is now on 14 day backlog as they don’t have enough to fulfill orders

Hi @soupladel  yes they should of been more upfront about it . No idea when it may come . I hope yours has come though

@Nitz79 im afraid not and i am really no further forward than i was this morning.

 

I still haven't had the sorry there is a delay message many others have had but i have been told via Facebook that i am looking at a 2-3 week wait now.

 

However, as i have just said in the iphone 13 enquiries thread, other networks are warning 5-6 weeks for the same model so i am likely to be in for a long wait one way or the other.

I’m totally disgusted. 

i pre ordered mine online in the first 2 hours on release day. 


Got an order number through. Paid the upfront cost. 
Phoned CS 2 weeks later. Was told it had been picked and was awaiting the courier. 
Another week passed. No phone.called again. 

CS said what order?????

 

It had disappeared off their system. Had to order again over the phone!  Now I am at the back of the queue. 

Fuming is an understatement. Wish I had gone with O2 now!!!!

Any updates of when the sierra blue iPhone 13 pro max is being dispatched EE?

iPhone 13 orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives from Apple.

 

The date you receive your iPhone 13 may vary depending on the colour and size variant you have pre-ordered, but we expect to receive regular deliveries from the manufacturer and will be getting them out to you as quickly as we can.

 

Our delivery partner DPD will contact you by text by 8pm the day before delivery to let you know to expect your order the following day.

EE have been absolutely useless of late, I ordered the 13 Pro max as an upgrade and moment's later dropped and smashed an s20 ultra.....lol. I claimed on insurance and there was a complete lack of communication that meant me being off work 2 whole days because I got nothing through about delivery slots etc....they blamed dpd.

At the time of my order for my iPhone I was told it was in stock, then when I called to give the new s20's imei number I was hung up on by the customer service guy who was rude and patronising and wouldn't let me explain why I was calling, he just kept telling me I couldn't upgrade (Tom in newcastle)???

When I finally resolved this after days of EE's systems being down and waiting on hold for stupid lengths of time, I checked on my iPhone progress and was told it was 14 days, this was 10 days ago, I called 2 days ago to be told "to be honest were not sure when we're getting them in"

 

I wish I wasn't as stupid as I am and didn't upgrade with EE as all other networks are cheaper and the customer service literally can't be any worse.

I per ordered iPhone 13 pro max in store 5 days before the sale date and still no one knows nothing! got told 21 days its gone past that now EE is becoming a joke now!

No my plan as not changed and still no word from store when I will get my new phone by the time I do get it the iPhone 14 pro max will be on pre order.

Have you received it yet ???? 

I ordered mine 3 weeks ago plus and every time I call ofcourse no answer as they can’t tell re stock levels. Absolute disgrace. What is point of pre order if we can’t get the item ?????

 

 

Tracking is useless mine has been on dispatch in 24 hours for over a week !!!!
