Hi @Nitz79

It is a world resource problem. Not much you can do about it.

Thanks

@Northerner No, but EE could be doing more to be upfront and honest about it.

i have a pro max pre-ordered (512Gb Graphite) and suspect mine is being delayed but the EE tracking still says its coming tomorrow but DPD know nothing about it and i highly doubt if it hasn't already been dispatched at this point, it is getting dispatched anytime soon

False promises from customer services and paying for a service that cannot be delivered as promised is quite poor.

I would highly recommend to download DPD app and set yourself up

you may find more information in the app

Damn thats bad.

question is if this was the case customers should have been made aware well before the say before launch.

Hi @Nitz79,

EE can't help, won't help, have no idea what their stock levels are, and have no visibility on orders that leave or don't leave their own warehouse.

Could be 14 days, could be 3 months, you'll never know because they don't know themselves, and they really don't want to send communications out to their customers informing them of the status for some reason.

I know it’s not good they should known how many they had ordered and stopped pre orders so have no idea when this phone will be back in stock I maybe would of pre ordered elsewhere
