iPhone 13 pro max 128gb graphite

I called yesterday and upgraded to iPhone 13 pro max 128gb graphite was told on phone if I paid for delivery it would be delivered next day but now it says waiting for confirmation for delivery date

There is a delay with all colours and all sizes of the 13 pro max I’m also waiting 

irs a pain but be patient

Thanks for posting. 

 

The date you receive your iPhone 13 may vary depending on the colour and size variant you have pre-ordered, but we expect to receive regular deliveries from the manufacturer and will be getting them out to you as quickly as we can.

 

We update the order tracker every time we get a delivery from the manufacturer. You just need your order number (which was emailed or text to you when you placed your order) and the email address or phone number you gave us.

It might be worth adding to @Leanne_T's comments that currently expected waiting times vary considerably depending on who you talk to, but most seem to think it will be between 7 and 21 days.

When I placed my order (pre-order on day pre-orders opened) it said delivery would be on the day of release.  I haven’t received it and if I use the order tracker it says you can’t show details of my order at present, but don’t worry we will be in touch when it is shipped. Not really good enough to not give any information at all about the status of the order. How can I find out what is happening with my order?
