After a long on going problem I was promised £100 credit to my account. Not seen a penny yet. Would it be refunded to my account or credit on my EE account??

Thanks for coming to the community. 

 

This should show on your bill as a credit. 

 

If you text BALANCE to 150, does this show a credit?
