iPhone 13 Pro Max handsets received?

I know there have been similar topics posted but it would appear that every time I contact customer services regarding my order I appear to be getting conflicting information so though I would post here.
Has anyone that ordered in October 2021 actually received their phones and if so what was the timeframe?
I know its more than 28 days and my order was placed on 20/10/2021 so I have some days still to go but I have been reading a lot of people on here recommending contacting EE as their orders have been sent back or errors in order tracking.
Anyone managed to get the order tracker to show the correct information?
Note: I know the apple website saying 28 days before anyone mentions the apple timelines.

@PL77 I’m the same as you mate ordered a 13 pro max 128gb graphite on the 20/10/21 my tracking has changed from
order awaiting confirmation
to
19th - 23 rd Nov.
I’ve seen people getting theirs early but I’ve not had anything from EE or DPD as of yet quite annoying the lack of communication from EE considering it’s seems to be a big issue

@owen-514 I ordered the iPhone 13 Pro Max 256GB graphite and my order tracker still says 'Awaiting Confirmation'
I'm joining EE from another network so the lack of communication is not great but even more frustrating being given different information when contacting EE.
Ideally I don't want to get to the point like others where they don't get a text from DPD who then deliver to the wrong address and before you know it, your handset is on its way back to EE and you have to join the queue again.

I’m the same as you,
Ordered on 23rd Oct 128gb. Seems that I am still stuck on awaiting confirmation for delivery date. Contacted EE to get info but wasn’t that helpful as was trying too sell me a phone than listening too “I’ve already got one on order and I just want some sort of info”

I ordered the iPhone 13 pro max graphite 128GB on the 15th October. I haven’t received any communication and my delivery date still states ‘awaiting confirmation’

I ordered mine on the 22nd October and had minuscule information from EE.
I called customer services just to make sure my upgrade had gone through as it had been so silent.
Was told to expect delivery by the 13th November when I called.
Reading everyone’s comments I’m not holding much hope !

Ordered mine on 15rh October and still awaiting confirmation of a delivery date. It is annoying.

@SaraJ92 Oh dear, its good you stood your ground but you want to be careful with that .
There was another user on this forum that called EE and the person at the other end cancelled their order without their confirmation. Absolutely shocking.

I spoke to EE on live chat yesterday and they recommended I call the web sales team but the number they gave me the number for their returns department.
I called the right EE number for an update but there was nothing today so I'll be checking back at the end of the week or next.
