iPhone 12pro. Anyone recieved yet?

I ordered the iPhone 12pro originally on the 17th October to be delivered on the 23rd October. Heard nothing. Contacted EE to be told my order had been cancelled as my house number wasn’t on the order, even though was on the confirmation email I received so that was a lie.. 

I then get someone put through my order again and stated i would have it delivered on the 26th (Monday) which funnily enough didn’t come.. 

so I put a complaint through when then gets closed as apparently it’s solved.. 🤷🏼‍♀️ 
talk to someone last night and they say it’s still gonna be 14days from now? So from this massive company it’s a bit of a joke?! 

has anyone actually received their phones yet? How long did you have to wait?  

ive ordered the iPhone 12pro pacific blue 128gb

As soon as your device is available to dispatch, you will receive a text from DPD with the delivery details.

Hi!

I ordered mine on the 28th October and have been told that i could wait up to 21 days before dispatch. 

I ordered the 128gb blue 12 pro, which one did you get, and have you received yours yet?

This is all EE are saying is the fact that DPD will contact you, we should really be able to track and be given information about the amount of stock not just keep being put off and told that they will be in touch. Doesn’t help anything 🤦🏼‍♀️

That is really weird...

I wish that they would keep us more in the loop with orders etc...

They texted me a link to a tracking website to show me where my order is. However, its not very good as it just tells me that my order has been confirmed, and doesn’t mention any delivery dates just yet.

I do hope it doesn’t take too much longer.

i received a text with my order number but even that doesn’t work in the ee tracking website. So I can’t even see my order 🤦🏼‍♀️ 

fingers crossed it doesn’t take too long or I may just cancel and end my contract, sometimes not worth the hassle lol..

Guys just be patient.  Every year when a new iphone is released their is a high demand for them so they sell out very quickly so if you didnt order as soon as you could you will have to wait.  EE cant tell you anymore information as they clearly are waiting for more phones to come into stock and working in order of orders.

Also due to covid there is more of a backlog and lack of phones around.
