I order my iPhone 12 pro on 26th October and I have no update or anything with them ee at the moment. It coming a joke how long got to wait

I am in the same boat. Order my iPhone 12 pro 2 weeks this Monday and I have no email or text message. 

Having read a few of the other threads on the 12Pro it appears to be an Apple problem.  Apparently they are short of certain parts for this device and are considering having to pinch them from other products.  Add this to the already growing waiting list and you will be in a queue.  Just a matter of patience unfortunately.

Did you get a confirmation email with an order number?  If not I would ring customer services.

Can I change my order if I call up customer service team as I haven’t  have my iPhone 12 pro come out to me yet 

If it hasn't been dispatched yet, you should be able to. Yes, keep in mind there is a shortage and if you change to another colour or size, there may be a delay

As soon as your iPhone 12 Pro variant is available to dispatch, you will receive a text form DPD regarding your delivery.

 

All orders are being completed on a first come first served basis with any back orders being completed first as we receive stock.

Same here actually had no info Ee at all which is just poor customer service. I can accept delays happen but how about you keep your customers up to date on this so we aren’t just left in the dark. 

@wardi hi ya yes I had a confirmation email like the day after I placed a order but heard nothing since I did call EE last week and they did say can take up to 14 days so by Wednesday I should have it that will be the 11th but I have a feeling it ain’t coming lol so I guess I will have to call back again just very disappointing tho 😞 

@Claire1002x  I agree fully esp when we’re loyal customers who have Been with them for a while 

my husband is with another network and his 12 pro came literally two days after his order lol fumin haha

Hi Alex thank you for you response it’s still not very helpful tho it’s just very frustrating when you place a order and not knowing when it is coming

I was told by ee that it can take up to 14 days I hope this is true 

as my phone is on it’s way out so I’ve been trying to wait patiently for my new phone but I think it is bad that the phone is made available on line and then when a order is placed you have to wait for this amount of time 😞
