placed order but heard nothing

hey i placed an order yesterday, received an email saying Successful EE order ref: xkn...... but nothing else, does this mean i will receive my contract or not?

Where is my new SIM Card?

I’ve changed phones and ordered a new SIM on 24th October. Was advised by email it would be with me in 2 working days. I still haven’t received it and no other communication received. The £1.50 has been debited from my account.any ideas where it is?
