iPhone 12 pro 128gb GOLD

Hi, I ordered my iPhone 12 pro 128gb GOLD on the 25th of October. My phone screen is broken and I’m struggling to use my phone as I use it for work etc. I paid £50 up front for this and was originally told it would be with me within 14 days. I understand there is a lack of stock but I have had absolutely no updates. Does anyone know if we have some good news?! Thank you! 🙂
