iPhone 12 order status

Hi, I ordered an iPhone 12 as a new EE customer and have heard no update since. Order tracking just says can provide and update at the moment.  Given the mail you sent says two working days to receive orders would like an update please

You will need to speak to EE CS on 150 if order tracking is not providing any tracking information.

 

There is no customer account access on these forums.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
