iPhone 12 and 12 Pro preorder thread

Saw that there was an XS/XS Max thread back in 2018 and fancied seeing if anyone would respond to a new one for the iPhone 12 preorders!

 

Ordered myself an 128GB iPhone 12 Pro in Pacific Blue, albeit it with minimal photos showing the new colour so I'm a little nervous as someone who's gone Silver for the past few years.

 

Order is currently sat at Order Confirmed, Awaiting Confirmation for the delivery date but I hope this evening (as per previous years) it changes to delivery for Friday.

 

What phones and experiences has everyone else had this year?

Nope.

 

Ordered my iphone on the 18th.

 

Delivery date went from the 2-7th of November to the 5-10th of November.

 

So let’s see if it gets pushed back further

Was told by support my phone was collected by delivery today to be delivered tomorrow via DPD.

The Pro max goes on pre-order this friday, that'll be a mess as well.

iPhone 12 Pro, 128gb Pacific Blue, ordered on the 20th then confirmed on the 21st.

Well 14 days are up! I’m still on “awaiting confirmation” for delivery, though the tracker has updated to say “good news, your order is coming soon”. I have no idea what that is supposed to mean!

Thanks NikoM1... following what you said I have just spoken to someone on LiveChat.... they have advised me I will be receiving my phone tomorrow. 

I’m sceptical as haven’t received anything from DPD yet... and have been told to ensure I am in when they try to deliver (having to take time off work/ work from home) 

 

I asked the question, and the person on live chat said ‘I understand, and if the phone is not delivered tomorrow we will provide you with compensation for the inconvenience’ 😂😂 

 

I guess it’s just fingers crossed it does ACTUALLY come tomorrow.

Well I’ve just been told anything up to 28 days from date of order. Having been told 14 days last time and originally 23rd oct
