iPhone 12 and 12 Pro preorder thread

Saw that there was an XS/XS Max thread back in 2018 and fancied seeing if anyone would respond to a new one for the iPhone 12 preorders!

 

Ordered myself an 128GB iPhone 12 Pro in Pacific Blue, albeit it with minimal photos showing the new colour so I'm a little nervous as someone who's gone Silver for the past few years.

 

Order is currently sat at Order Confirmed, Awaiting Confirmation for the delivery date but I hope this evening (as per previous years) it changes to delivery for Friday.

 

What phones and experiences has everyone else had this year?

Same here, you can get a new EE contract in a IPhone 12 pro for£50 down and £53 a month, if I go to upgrade its £239 down and £67 per month, loyalty isn’t in EE’s vocabulary , contract has only a few months to run so maybe a change my be on the cards

Got an update this morning for my Pro Gold & it’s says delivery between 2-7 November 😐 (bare in mind I ordered it on the pre order date) 

 

Seeing a lot of people who ordered after get theirs first 🙄 

I got an email at 10.59 this morning saying my order is on track and to expect delivery yesterday!!! 
yhey haven’t got a clue and I don’t believe my phone has been dispatched 

 

Anyone else ?

I can’t see the same option in upgrade as for new contract, can you send url 

You are so LUCKY 🍀 to have a date. 

I just spoke with a lady from EE that told me they are out of stock in all colours and I have to wait a 14 day period.

I preordered on the saturday afternoon. 

I'm just sat at "awaiting confirmation" 

 

Apparently the silver colour doesn't even have a date expected!

 

I'm waiting for gold ♥ 

I guess it's just a waiting game. At least I won't be charged until my new phone is dispatched.

Still keeps asking for £204+ for early upgrade

Mine has now also been marked as estimated to be deliver 2-7 November. I pre ordered within 10 minutes and many others who ordered days after me have their phones already. This is not ok. 

They don't care, they really don't. 

 

No communication of the issues, no apologies, no spine to own up that there we issues.

 

They made us chase them, then lied about getting the phones so we had to chase again.

 

They don't value any of our custom. I think many should really consider competitors as EE are only getting worse and worse in my experience.
