iPhone 12 and 12 Pro preorder thread

Saw that there was an XS/XS Max thread back in 2018 and fancied seeing if anyone would respond to a new one for the iPhone 12 preorders!

 

Ordered myself an 128GB iPhone 12 Pro in Pacific Blue, albeit it with minimal photos showing the new colour so I'm a little nervous as someone who's gone Silver for the past few years.

 

Order is currently sat at Order Confirmed, Awaiting Confirmation for the delivery date but I hope this evening (as per previous years) it changes to delivery for Friday.

 

What phones and experiences has everyone else had this year?

Hi everyone, I’ve had exactly the same problem as all of you today, numerous phone calls, but I have a different phone number for you all to call from 8am tommorow morning, this takes you direct to the complaints department, they then log your case and chase up your order individually. 
they are the  Executive Customer Resolution Team.

Same! I even then got a follow up text telling me to download the DPD app to track my order, but no dispatch email or tracking info yet and I was told on live chat it would be delivered tomorrow! Order tracker is still on 'order confirmed' despite order going through at 1:04pm on pre-order day... Who knows!

Has anyone received notification for delivery tomorrow or are we all to assume Monday at the earliest and probs 14 days by the sounds of it?

I was told my order was in the warehouse picked, just waiting on collection by DPD.

I just copied and pasted my chat. I also ordered on the 18th. I do mind waiting as I had taken the day off work for it. DPD do work weekends as I had a delivery last Sunday. Surely if they receive pre-orders they should have ordered enough to cover the pre-orders. It's not good enough.

I got told mines was in a warehouse too, and that DPD may pick it up later today (which is fine) but, I phoned back-up to which I was told they were out of stock, so is it in a warehouse or is it out of stock. 

Mind boggling..

@connorpowell I cant see the image for some reason it just looks like a warning sign
