iPhone 12 and 12 Pro preorder thread

Saw that there was an XS/XS Max thread back in 2018 and fancied seeing if anyone would respond to a new one for the iPhone 12 preorders!

Ordered myself an 128GB iPhone 12 Pro in Pacific Blue, albeit it with minimal photos showing the new colour so I'm a little nervous as someone who's gone Silver for the past few years.

Order is currently sat at Order Confirmed, Awaiting Confirmation for the delivery date but I hope this evening (as per previous years) it changes to delivery for Friday.

What phones and experiences has everyone else had this year?

@kaisah16  not sure tbh as paid for 100gb already - but i do remember seeing a lower package at the time which was cheaper so i'd be suprised if they upgraded it for free ..... unless the 100gb package now is the same price you paid for 40gb?

Haha!! Im such a geek!! Im obsessed with apple and cannot wait to get this one. 

Im praying my phone doesnt need flown from Britain to Northern Ireland as this may delay things :(:(:(

Yes almost always the day before but usually in the evening.I’m guessing because of the amount of orders they have started early?

Just spoke to EE and the customer assistant couldn’t see my order as she said it just said ‘iPhone’ and not the model? Baffled. So I told her the model and was told that it’s not available till the 6thNov... so we started again and she said that EE haven’t been sent the devices yet? Even more baffled. I mentioned this forum and she said ‘expect it tomorrow’ ..... not confident lol

this is a screenshot from the original order, clearly states that I should expect it on the 23rd Pct and no mention of possible delays. Who knows lol

Hi guys, new to EE.

order the 12 pro too on saturday, how do you check the order status. I on;y received and email saying my order has been received but no way of tracking the progress?

@matttherat30  ha-ha, me too!  Ipad air also due to arrive tomorrow too, ill be like a kid in a sweetshop 😄

Hopefully Ireland have their own stock so you dont have to wait!

@Hurtgravy  how weird, maybe yours is a smaller depot. I do a lot (oops!) of online shopping and DPD come to me every week, sometimes several times, and never have i been told the time slot until the actual day.

@kaisah16 Yes this happened to me too. I originally did my upgrade and it was 40GB. I changed the colour of the phone on Tuesday and so had to redo my order. When they redid it they said they couldn't see any 40GB one and it was now 100GB. So I guess I got a better deal.

I think from memory im paying £86.00 for a 256 pro on the smart plan with 100gb, so not sure how that compares
