I ordered the iPhone 12 Pro 128g in gold last week, paid early upgrade fee and was told phone would be delivered within 2 working days. Phone didn’t arrive so called customer service and was told that they are out of stock, and they will not refund my early upgrade fee even though I don’t have the phone. Not happy. Anyone else having the same issue? Or had the same issue but now have their new phone? Wondering if it’s worth waiting or cancelling my order and going with another provider

Hi @Rach3l
Welcome to the community and thanks for ordering?
That particular model is out of stock at the moment. As soon as we receive stock from the manufacturer, we'll send the phone out to you.
Did you pay the early upgrade fee up front? At the moment, we have the Pacific Blue version of iPhone 12 Pro 128GB is in stock, so the option is there to switch to that version to get it sooner.

Hi Chris
Yes I was made aware of this a couple of days after I made the order. I’ve read a few posts on here saying people have had to wait weeks, if I was informed of the delay when I made the order I would not have gone ahead with it, specially the early upgrade fee.
It’s the gold one I want, not blue, unfortunately.

I'm sorry to hear that, @Rach3l
I've sent you a private message to get some information from you.
Please have a look and get back to me.
Thanks
