I a (6Gb) pre-loaded 4GEE mini WiFi hub with 3 Ring cameras connected for 2 months. Naturally they disconnected when the data expired, but when I converted the same sim (same number) to monthly contract , the cameras never connected again!
I was getting good internet via 4G data & speed with my laptop, and the Ring Cams would reconnect to another network (to test) but not to the 4GEE hub, even after resetting all the devices to factory default. Spoke to Ring & Tier3 support, who said it must be an EE network parameter. FIXED IT : - logged into the 4GEE hub > Settings> Data connection mode was IPv4v6 by default. Changed this to IPv4 only, saved & rebooted.. Now all cams setup back on the original 4gEE mini WiFi hub.
