I have an iPhone 11 and attempted my first run yesterday .
I had my music playing , locked the phone and it was zipped in my pocket.
The difference since I last ran with headphones is that, although I had locked the phone , the music buttons were still active which meant that the songs skipped, paused, played at a fast pace and it kept picking up the voice function . How can I completely lock the phone so that the screen is not sensitive ? Cheers

Hi @Carolina4
Thanks for coming to the community.
Could you try adjusting the touch settings using the steps within the Apple Support page?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

@Carolina4 Put the phone upside in your pocket. You have raise to wake on and because it’s bouncing around in your pocket it’s waking up the device. If it’s upside down it will not do this.
