Hi, I am trying to get my replacement iPhone unlocked for over a month now and every time i call EE, i get told the same thing, they are raising a priority request but still have not heard anything back at all!
I brought the iPhone 11 from EE on a contract in 2019but the face ID stopped working so i toke it to Apple and got it replaced. I have contacted Apple who keep telling me to contact EE but i al having no luck at all!!

Hello @Firuza ,

Welcome to the community,

The IPhone should have been automatically unlocked after 18 months. Have you tried a sim card from another network to see if it will work? Have you looked in settings, general and scrolled down to see if where it says Network Provider Lock it actually says locked to network or whether it has no sim restriction?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
I have tried everything, nothing is working and yes it does say sim locked.
