Can’t access internet from iPad,it shows 4G at the top along with good signal strength. Every time it tries to Monte the there is a white circle of death indicating it is searching. There is plenty of credit available. I have taken sim out and put back in, reset network settings and tried from numerous locations with no joy

Can you access other websites ok, or is it only this specific one that's affected?
Can you load, say, the BBC News frontpage at all?

It is all websites plus can’t access mail either

It occasionally connects to bbc sport but struggling to open ee home page and other sites. Pretty poor if im honest

Do we have any problems showing for your area on the coverage and network status checker?
If you enter your postcode and select 'check network' this will show you any reported problems.
This will help us to find out if a network problem could be the cause of your data not working on your iPad.

No the service shows as fine no problem have just checked again and its not working

NewcastleAndy.. do you perhaps have a phone sim (that picks up the internet ok) that you could try in the iPad? That would help isolate the problem. If that sim struggled too then it suggests a problem with the iPad.

Have just put my iphone sim in and got instant access to the internet Netflix and other apps put ee sim back in and no access

OK, has the ipad & sim always been like this or has it suddenly deteriorated? Either way I would phone CS and explain the situation. If it's not a reception problem faulty sims are not unknown.
