how long does it take to port my number?

Hello! I just wonder for how long does it take to port my number to EE? I processed it yesterday and they said they would send a confirmation email;however, I did not receive any email regarding my porting of number. I wonder if someone would be able to enlighten me of the process. Thank you

Thanks for posting on the community 🙂

If you submit the form before 5.30pm on a working day, we will endeavour to have your number transferred the following working day.

If your request is made after 5.30pm, or made on a weekend or bank holiday, your number will take two working days to transfer.
