What options do I click as non of them seem to be what I need

@courtwarnex  As this is a public forum not customer and as this forum has no connection with the many EE stores no here can answer that question. 

 

The store will inform you when it’s there to be picked up. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
