free PAYG SIM card

Hello, I'm going to UK as an international student for a year. I would like to use Free PAYG SIM card but I have 2 questions regarding to it.

 

①I'm still in my country now and do not have a UK number yet. Am I able to order SIM card to the residence I will be in through online shop or do I have to visit the store to buy one? 

 

②I'm thinking to use free PAYG sim for a year by topping up the pack. Do I have to have a UK bank account to set up direct card payment or is it okay to register with my current credit card?

I hope you're well and looking forward to your trip to the UK.

 

You'll need to wait until you get to the UK, and if you want to set up a reoccurring payment you will need a UK bank account.
