Hi,

 

I have a SIM free phone and now I got a SIM from EE. How can I make the SIM plan into an eSIM one?

You should be able to order a replacement eSIM through your My EE account.

The eSim is only available on EE pay monthly accounts. Is your account a pay monthly contract?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
