double billed

Hi

I was billed on 3rd September for my normal £10 charge.

I then upgraded to a different data plan that should be been activated at my next billing cycles (30 days later)

But on the 7th September I was billed again at the new rate of £15, however I can not use my additional minutes, text and data until 4th October.

Can someone explain why? as I know another £15 will come off my card on the 4th October also.

I understand you pay in advance but surely I should not have been charged the £15 until the 4t October.

Kind Regard's Yvonne

When you upgraded to a different pack you would have bought the new pack in advance and it will be held pending until your current pack expires.

What does texting AL to 150 report exactly?

Hi @XRaySpeX

I understand about being billed in advance but my new package will not start until 4th October yet I have been charged on 7th September.

You can bet they will charge me again on 4th October another £15 for October - November.

Do you know anyway I can check this with EE Direct

If you give us a call on 150, our Mobile Care team will get this checked for you 🙂

Leanne.

Your credit is charged when you buy a pack, not when you start using it.
