my data refreshed on the 23rd of December and I've supposedly already used 43gb. My phone bill clearly shows I used on average in a month 12gb.

I would like to know why my data has magically disappeared.

Does it show that you've ran out of data in your My EE Account?

 

Are you still able to use data?

 

Did you buy an add-on last month?
