cusomer service lied

I spoke to 3 customer service representitives last week all saying different things.I was told if i upgrade early i would be offered a samsung watch.I was advised to trade in my phone (which i did) phoned them back and was told the offer expired on the 13th jan.(today 26th jan)I said it was only 10 minutes ago i only talked to your colleague and was told this was an error.So im now without phone,upgrade or promotional watch.Thanks very much EE.I will certainatly not be renewing my contract and warn others to do the same.

While I regret you've had a bad experience with them. 

 

Have you tried to get in touch with them via Twitter/Facebook messenger?

Hi i havent actualy just through there complaints department but im yet to
hear anything

Best of luck and I hope you can at least get your phone back

 

The good news is, most calls are recorded, so hopefully they'll prove they were negligent in this case, or the reps and sales just have bad communication
