can't log into osprey device to add on data

I can't log into mobile broadband on my osprey device, it keep asking for details, but won't accept my log in details, so I can't add data

Login to your MBB router at http://192.168.1.1 with username/pwd as "admin"/"admin" or with the password found under the battery cover.
Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see what it offers you.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
