if a delivery is late , can i refuse the phone when it comes by the courier or do i need to accept and then return as part of the 14 day cooling off period, thanks

I recently upgraded (2 weeks ago) and whilst talking to the CS person I asked if I could cancel/return the phone if I change my mind. They told me I could just tell the delivery driver/EE tech who seems to deliver atm. & they will happily take it back no problem.

Have you placed an order with us?
If so, which phone have you ordered and when did you order?
The phone would be returned to us if you refuse delivery, once we have processed the return your contract date would be amended and the plan changed back if this is an upgrade.
