My friend took out a pay monthly plan on my behalf as he was already an EE customer. Plus we lived together and it made sense to have the bills paid together. As I am moving out he transferred the plan to my name and I am now the sole account holder. I'm trying to add a new product (Ipad) to my plan but NOWHERE on the my EE app or EE website does it give me the option. I click on add product and it takes me to the upgrade page. Any ideas?

If you visit the EE Shop online and log in with your My EE account log in details, do you see the option for adding an iPad?
If not, please give us a call our Mobile Care team will check your account for you and see if this can be added.
