I've been trying to ring EE for over an hour and I can't get through, is there an alternative number to 0800 i can use?
Also does anyone know what other information i'll need to pass? the email says:
your order is almost complete
we need a bit more information from you to complete the order
Is there a way they could decline me at the point?

You need to be persistent in phoning & wait at the end of all the announcements.
Your order is not yet complete, so you could yet be declined depending on whether your further info satisfies them. It's likely to be to do with your credit history and residential status.
