bt sport register cannot do

hello been trying for a week now cannot register for bt sport get all the way to create an id make a password press submit and it just goes back to same page for making up a password

@markymark64   Have you spoken with BT about this as it’s their service your trying to set an account up with.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
