Resolved! how to get the MCK code

Hi, is there a web chat to help me get the MCK code, I've tried to unlock my phone but the Network unlock code i was given when entering the IMEI...the unlock code didn't work...now it's saying too many incorrect attempts and is asking to Enter MCK. ...

Resolved! Changing Broadband from Sky to EE.

Hello. I’m changing my broadband from Sky to EE. I’m told I won’t lose my Sky TV services (recordings etc) but don’t understand this when the Skybox is returned. Any reassurance welcome.

Once again arrived in France and received the EE message about roaming and clicked the link. As last time, was taken to the page but there is nowhere to choose a 7 or 12 day pass. EE failed to answer the problem last time
