Offer ended early

My 1 free year offer to Apple TV (when I took out my new contract in Sept 2020 seems to been removed after around 7 months. How do I go about to getting this reactivated for my one year? Thanks.

Internet problems

I can’t seem to connect to my internet and I don’t understand why... I have turned it on and off again and my bills are all paid what’s going on?

Resolved! Add to plan headset faulty

Purchased a headset for x box on add to plan only half way through and it’s faulty. Contacted ee who said it’s third party but got nowhere to contact . Anyone had problems

SIM card

Hi I’ve have this SIM card for almost a few years now and recently it’s randomly been saying no SIM card when I do have one. When I reset my phone it’s fine for a few minutes but then it goes again. Please help?

4g WiFi router slower than phone
