Rsdtoring data broken phone

JackJam
Visitor

My phone had recently been broken through water damage. No screen and no sounds. After applying for an insurance claim on Saturday evening, it was accepted that night and they said they would arrange a date to deliver a new phone. The next afternoon the new phone was unexpectedly delivered and they took my old phone. I have restored data from the sim but photos and other data in the phone storage have been lost. Is there a way you can restore this data to my new phone?

Hello @JackJam ,

Welcome to the community,

Unfortunately, unless you have backed up your photos and data elsewhere and your phone has been picked up, there is no way this can be restored to your new phone. Should always back everything on a regular basis, much the best way, then this sort of problem will not arise, also useful if your phone gets lost or stolen. There are plenty of ways to back things up.
