apple watch order

Yesterday I ordered an apple watch on an additional contract for my daughter. It is now saying that it is not in stock but a different colour way is. Can I change my order? I have an impatient daughter!

I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team so they can check your order status and let you know what is happening.

Thanks I have tried but it said that lines were very busy so I thought this might be the easiest way. Is there an email address?

There is no way to contact by email.

 

If you hold on the line an advisor will be with you as soon as possible.

 

Alternatively, you can try using online chat.
