add to plan problem

hello, I  try to go to the add to plan shop, but I got a message Im not eligible because I have not enough long contract. I have a 2 years contract,what is will end on next february,and I used this shop before...

any help?

Hi @mate0523

Welcome to the community.

You can only add an add to plan product in the first 17 months of a 24 month contract. If you're in the last 7 months, it won't let you add one.
