Hey there,
I placed an order for an upgrade on Sunday afternoon, I received an order confirmation email but nothing since. I have tried to track the order but it is saying 'Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.'
The payment for the upfront cost hasn't come out of my account either. So was hoping I would be able to get some advice on this!

I have checked this and can see this device has no delay and is in stock.

I just spoke to someone and they told me the phone isn't in stock and that's the reason why my order hasn't gone through, despite receiving an order confirmation email!
I'm a little confused now as both you and the website say it's in stock!
