Hi,
I've just received a new phone which includes a sim card in the box. Do I need to use this SIM card or can I install my old SIM card as it fits and I'm wanting to keep the same number? I have moved from SIM only contract to a phone contract....does this make a difference. I'm just wondering if I need to register the new one?

@KB65 If your old Sim fits in your new device you can use that only if you upgraded to a full contract though. If you didn’t upgrade but took out a new contract you’ll need to request your PAC code and move your number to a different network on PAYG to then request your pac code from that network to move it back to your new account.

Hi @KB65
EE often supply a replacement SIM with upgrade phones incase there's a problem with your existing SIM and, for whatever reason, you can't use it.
If your existing SIM works and fits in your new phone, then feel free to use it.
