Afternoon,
I was due to receive the above add to order item on the 30th January. The item was delivered home but my partner was not expecting a parcel, so advised to the delivery driver that it was sent in error. So he took it back with him. Can you please look into this item and arrange redelivery.

You will need to call CS on 150 about this request as there is no customer account access on these forums.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
