How soon do you receive your upgraded phone when ordered on a Saturday

Hi @Debs27

if your phone is in stock then it’s usually dispatched within 48 hours.  You can track your order online using your order reference. Once dispatched, you will receive a notification. You can also download the DPD app which will also show when a delivery have been requested by EE .  You normally get a one hour window non the morning of your delivery too.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi Chris. thanks for reply. Im confused though cos i upgraded yest and my account has not changed. it is still saying that i can upgrade plus my upfront cost has not come out of the bank yet. Any advice welcome. Debs

Your EE plan will not change till the device has been dispatched.

Hi. I upgraded online via EE website yest at about 4pm. Had no info on when it might be dispatched.
