Im trying to add another plan to my account but keep getting You're unable to add another product to your account at this time? Also I’ve added one accessory bill but I now doesn’t give me the option but tells me it’s available to add to your plan

@Jimbowinker You have a credit limit with EE at a guess what you’re trying to add to your account might be pushing you over that credit limit so it won’t add it. You’ll have to call customer services about this.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
