You haven't taken Credit of my monthly Bill

Hi, 

 

We are a business, and on the 4th October we had a credit on our account, we have another bill in November, which we thought the credit would be used, but you have taken the full amount of the bill. how can we get the credit back.

You will have to speak to customer service to get this resolved and looked at, as there is no account access here in the forums, they will then be able to give you an answer to your query.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
