Xko not xkn? Does it mean anything?

Been a customer for two years now, bills paid ect. Gone for early upgrade to pixel 3a as data offer was good plus a free gift. Made order and received email confirmation, but heard nothing for three days and my order number begins with the prefix xko not the common xkn I see mentioned on here. Any ideas? I will contact Cs by all means but working nights in healthcare so for office hours calls I'm either asleep or on call.

Good Morning @Skaven1313

Thanks for coming to the community.

If this prefix is finding your order I would not worry.

Alternatively, you can speak with our mobile care team or online chat team who can confirm the information your viewing is correct.

You can find the link to our online chat service at the bottom of this page

Hi @Skaven1313

Try checking order tracking. If not then as you mention speak to CS on 150.

Thanks

Have done, it just says order being processed, will update you shortly
ect...

No worries, not had any probs with ee before, although it's my first
upgrade. I just noticed a few folks on here have mentioned the fabled xkn
prefix to the order number being mentioned but almost nothing about it
being xko.

Prob means nothing in particular, will try catch them later today or
tomorrow.

Thanks anyway!
